Is walking a right exercise for osteoarthritis knee in initial stage? (4 posts)

    Some doctors suggest to start walking with osteo arthritis knee joint and some doctor don’t. Doctors say that it will further damage the knee joint and not taking oil and butter will also have side affects. If we take butter & oil and do not take proper walk, it will raise weight. So what should we do?

    We should start or continue walking with osteo arthritis knee joint or not. If walk then till what limit to cure and treat arthritis affected knee properly. Begging for a right answer.

    Well there right solution for osteo arthritis walk would be doing and continuing with light exercises as posted on http://cure2arthritis.com/exercise-for-arthritis-knee-joint-arthritis-cure/ . It is right to take only essential quantity of milk, butter, oil, calcium and vitamin D for arthritis affected knee joint. Osteo arthritis patient should not lay stress on knee joint, regular walking would further damage knee joint, ligaments and meniscus. Walk only when necessary but do regular exercise to control your osteo arthritis.

    Walking could be useful to relieve stiffness in joints, the best way would be start with gentle walk in garden or on race track. Do not walk bare foot, bare foot walking decreases cartiledge around knee joint, so it is very important to continue with minimum and essential walking.
