    First Diet would a shake of Mango and Banana. (for approx 6 servings)

    Ingredients would be
    5 cups of mango slices freezed for 1 hour.
    1 full ripe banana
    4 teaspoon of lemon juice
    1 full cup of low fat vanilla or normal yogurt
    2 cup zero fat milk or skimmed milk

    Preparation Direction:
    1. First check that Mango slices are firm.
    2. If they are firm mix all ingredients in bowl
    3. Blend ingredients with blender until it is unruffled or completely smooth
    4. Try to serve as soon as you can.

    Green Beans with flavor of Parsley

    1. Parsley paste 1 tea spoon
    2. Peeled green beans 700 gms
    3. Olive Oil (Virgin) 1 tea spoon

    Preparation:-
    Keep beans over steam, Steam it for 8 min and rinse them with normal water. Add Olive Oil along with low sodium salt and pepper as per taste. Also put some parsley over it, parsley is also very affective for arthritis patients.

    A full day diet plan for osteo arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis patients

    Morning
    1 bowl of puffed wheat or rolled oats or wheat-flakes
    1 tea spoon of natural honey
    2 slices of mango
    Half cup of fat-free milk
    4 piece Almonds

    Lunch
    2 cups of small diced salad greens
    1and half piece of thick slice whole wheat bread
    1 green vegetable such as lady Finger or one bowl of spinach vegetable with ginger and garlic
    1 small bowl of grated carrot

    Mid Day Refresher
    3 Brazil nuts

    Dinner
    3 tea spoon fat-free yogurt
    Paste of turmeric with garlic
    Any green Vegetable with sweet potato (not green potato)
    1 piece minced garlic

    Preparation

    Add yogurt, garlic, turmeric paste in the pan and bake it for 20 min. You can also add vegetables of your choice to it.
