Green Beans with flavor of Parsley
1. Parsley paste 1 tea spoon
2. Peeled green beans 700 gms
3. Olive Oil (Virgin) 1 tea spoon
Preparation:-
Keep beans over steam, Steam it for 8 min and rinse them with normal water. Add Olive Oil along with low sodium salt and pepper as per taste. Also put some parsley over it, parsley is also very affective for arthritis patients.
